Betting Rules
These rules govern how markets are offered and settled. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
General
All bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where a fixture is abandoned or postponed beyond a stated period, affected bets are voided and stakes returned unless a market rule states otherwise.
Head to head & line
Head-to-head bets are settled on the match result including any official extra time unless stated. Line and total markets are settled on the official final score.
Racing
Fixed-odds racing bets are settled at the price taken. Non-runners are refunded. Where applicable, deductions follow the official market rules of the relevant racing body.
In-play
Online in-play wagering on non-racing sport is not offered to Australian residents, in line with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
Product features — availability
Cash Out: where shown as available on an eligible open bet, Cash Out lets you settle that bet early for the value we offer at that moment. It is offered at our discretion on selected markets, may be unavailable during price suspensions or live play, the value offered is not guaranteed, and it is not available on all bets. Best Tote or Fixed: where advertised, eligible win bets on metropolitan thoroughbred meetings are settled at the better of the price you took or the nominated tote return, subject to the conditions shown on the relevant market. Same Game Multi: where available, you may combine selected eligible markets within a single fixture; some combinations are not permitted, related contingencies may be restricted, and a voided leg re-prices the multi. These are standard product features available to eligible customers — they are not sign-up inducements or bonus offers. We may withdraw, suspend or limit any feature at any time, and may void activity that abuses it (including collusion, multiple accounts or arbitrage).
